CEED 2018: Indian Institute of Technology Bombay will take CEED 2018 for the admission into Master degree in designing. Common Entrance Examination for Design is the national level entrance test and offers admission into prestigious Institute of India such as IIT and IISc. CEED 2018 Application form
IIT Bombay will start registration process of CEED 2017 in last week of October 2017. Institute will invite online application for master’s degree in designing. A candidate who will able to fulfill the criteria can apply online for the national level entrance test.
This exam is similar to PG entrances exam GATE 2018; both will offer admission into M.Tech/M.E courses. As we have mentioned IIT Bombay will only accept online application form and along with it, the candidate has to pay application fees INR 2200. Fees can be paid online or through bank challan. Women candidate has to pay only INR 1100 as application fees. The applicant will have a month’s time and registration process will over in Mid November 2017.
Pl. upload required document, recent photograph (not older than six months), degree certificate and signature. If the candidate is seeking reservation, then he has to produce cast certificate.
CEED Eligibility criteria 2018
- Applicant should have the degree from government recognized university.
- Graduation degree should be in engineering, Design, architectural or interior designer.
- Five years integrated course of GD Arts (after SSC)
- Current year student can also apply for the examination.
- There is no upper or lower age limit, and there are no maximum limits on attempts.
- The applicant can also appear for other Masters exam like MAT 2018, VITMEE 2018 or Management entrance exam MH CET 2018.
CEED Exam pattern
IIT Bombay has divided entrance examination in two parts, which is known as Part-A and Part-B. Part-A exam is a qualifying exam for the second part. Candidate will able to seat in Part-B, who will able to pass Part A.
Part-A exam – Qualifying test
Part A exam is qualifying in nature; Score of this exam will not be added in final merit. It is the computer based test, and each question will add two marks in total while there is negative mark 0.6. IIT will ask 50 question of multiple choice question.
A score of Part-B will add to final merit, and it will decide whether the candidate is eligible to get admission or not. The applicant will get the time of 120 minutes to solve the questions.
CEED Admit card 2018
IIT Bombay will activate link of admit card in December 2017, after that candidate can download hall ticket with user name and password. If you found an error in you admit card, then Institute will give time to rectify the mistake. So check all relevant details such as Name, exam center, time, session and date of exam.
CEED Answer key 2018
University will release only Part-1 answer key on the official website. The applicant will not get the part-2 paper solution. The student can download answer key from the official website of IIT Bombay, and if there is any mistake, then you can challenge the key.
CEED Result and score card
IIT will release Result and score card in March 2018. Institute will declare news on internet and applicant has to check their marks with the help of user name and password. A Later score of entrance test will help you to get admission into college.
